Solution Provided:
In this project, we have designed, customized, and installed high-quality fire-rated doors for multiple schools in Kazakhstan. These fire doors feature the following characteristics:
- High Fire Resistance Ratings: All doors meet or exceed international fire safety standards, including EN 1634 and UL 10C, providing fire resistance of up to 60 minutes, depending on the specific requirements of the school building.
- Heat and Smoke Containment: Using advanced heat-resistant materials and sealing systems, these doors prevent the rapid spread of smoke and heat, enhancing safety during a fire emergency.
- Structural Integrity and Durability: The fire doors are constructed with steel frames and fire-resistant core materials, ensuring they maintain integrity and prevent the spread of fire, even under extreme conditions.
